Levine is an experienced litigator and seasoned trial attorney that serves as Of Counsel to RC Law.\u00a0 David is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and works with RC Law by way of its alliance with Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP*, where he is a co-founding partner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">David\u2019s law practice focuses primarily in the areas of international, cross-border and commercial litigation and arbitration. David has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign clients in complex, commercial disputes in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration proceedings. David routinely represents clients in high stakes, \u201cbet the company\u201d litigation, where he utilizes his experience and pragmatic approach to help clients navigate their cases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">David has quickly garnered a reputation for his strong litigation skills, such as his successful representation of the South American Soccer Confederation in the civil fallout from the FIFA-gate corruption scandal; his trial efforts that helped secure a multi-million-dollar jury verdict in the Southern District of Florida on behalf of an individual inventor in a patent infringement lawsuit against one of the world\u2019s largest corporations; his representation of a major cruise line in numerous complex commercial litigation matters, including in the international commercial arena; and his countless other efforts that have resulted in millions of dollars in recovery on behalf of his clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During his career, David has been recognized by publications such as Florida Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, Florida Legal Elite Up &amp; Comer by Florida Trend Magazine, and selected as the Top Up &amp; Comer in Law by the South Florida Business &amp; Wealth Magazine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outside of the courtroom, David co-chairs the International Ethics Committee of the American Bar Association\u2019s Section of International Law and is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, which is limited to just one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction.
